Blended Learning in some cases replaces the need to spend as much time in the classroom and is offered on a wide range of courses.
Nothing replaces the knowledge gained through face to face training, but can help the student learn at their own pace.
It minimises the cost to the employer and student in terms of lostproductivity at work.
E Learning should not be confused with Zoom and Teams style training.
E Learning should ideally be completed prior to attending any classroom days, thus giving the student a chance to ask questions and seek clarity as well as giving the instructor a chance to check on pre knowledge. most of these course come with knowledge checks and assessments.
The e learning content will cover various subjects and include videos and quizes.
